For accessing and visiting the museum from 1st May 2022, in accordance with the new provisions for overcoming the measures to combat the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic dictated by the Order of the Minister of Health of 28th April 2022, the obligation to wear respiratory protective equipment no longer applies. The use of masks is therefore at the discretion of the visitor.

Free admission for minors under 18 years, all university students who possess the VI-University card and accredited journalists with a valid press card.
Tickets are sold at the reception until 5pm, an hour before closing time.
Visiting the Torrione involves a certain physical effort due to the steep stairs between each floor of the tower. Entry is not advised for people who suffer from heart conditions, vertigo or claustrophobia.
